With work to demolish the multi-storey car park having started, Clarendon Place is closed to inbound traffic and the road fenced off although pedestrians are being allowed to use the roadway as a footpath.
Interesting photo. Historic buildings with newer structure and the newer structure becoming history. I hope it is being replaced with beauty. The colors that accent the red/orange fence work nicely as well.
Are those shops on the left open or empty? I ask, because so many high streets now I hear are only half or less occupancy in the UK. I'll have to photograph our current roadworks, not at all pretty.
Interesting photo with so much to take in: the store front, walkway with the reddish orange fencing and the fenced off parking garage.

ReplyDeleteInteresting photo. I hope the build something wonderful there!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of construction sites here that are diverting traffic as well, though the orange fence is something different!
