Blue Monday: Salvation Army Charity Shop

Back in March I posted a view of a new shop about to open in Clarendon Shopping Centre.

As some people predicted it was yet another charity shop. This one supports the Salvation Army. At least it is better than an empty shop.

A contribution to Blue Monday.

  1. The shop looks like it contains a varied inventory. I really love these thrift shops and have found many "treasures" in them over the years.

  2. Looks nice. I like Salvation Army shops. Good place to bay the old vinyls.

  3. They have a wonderfully dynamic looking sign, and a plethora of stock to rummage through!

  5. Salvation Army does such a good job. My sister-in-law tells of how they were an important part of her happy Christmas childhood. Because of that, I regularly support them.

    Happy Blue Monday. Gerald.

  9. Very clever, the image of your copyright stamp... I was thinking (for a moment) that it was for real!

  11. WE have Salvation Army stores here too, but none of them look as clean and new as this one. Many of them have that "used" smell.
