How do you know which newspaper to buy if you can't read the headlines? Unusual sign.

The vocabulary in the notice leaves something to be desired.Basically if you're opening the paper past the index, you should be buying it.

I don't know how these folks compete with the internet.
It must be frustrating for the newsagents. Though I see the notice is not on The Times or Telegraph!
