Garside Street
Yesterday I showed you the moon over Garside Street.
Today I'm showing a little more of the street. On the right hand side is a row of terraced houses. On the left hand side is Enfield Court, modern retirement apartments. At the bottom of the street a kissing gate leads into Swains Valley and a path onto the TransPennine trail (and National Cycle Route #62).
See how it looked from the opposite direction in January 2010.

One certainly must enjoy the silence and beauty of autumn.
ReplyDeletePlease have a good new month.
What a cute little neighborhood!
ReplyDeleteHow nice you're enjoying touches of autumn - a lovely street.
ReplyDeleteThe lovely autumn shot appeals to me to follow along on foot more than the snow and slush scenes from other shots. But even the winter shots are lovely to enjoy from the comfort of my own living room through the screen :-). Hope you get plenty more days to amble along easily before the snows come.
