The church was still visible but little could be seen behind the hoardings apart from the monkey puzzle tree. A new supermarket is being built now on the site and the tree was moved to a new location down the road. See it now on Hyde DP Xtra.
Ah...progress - sometimes it's good sometimes not so much!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on my blog - yes it is 21 here in Oregon but I think in some states it's 18 that you can purchase and drink alcohol.
