In January 2007 The price of fuel at Morrisons on Mottram Road was 85.9 pence per litre for Unleaded petrol. City Diesel was 89.9 ppl and Auto gas 35.9 ppl.

By December 2007 it was 100.9 pence per litre for Unleaded petrol. City Diesel is 105.9 ppl and Auto gas 45.9 ppl.

Since then it has risen to around a third as much again but now it has fallen and the price is currently 103.9 pence per litre for Unleaded petrol. City Diesel is 109.9 ppl and Auto gas 56.9 ppl.

A contribution to signs, signs.

  1. I'm assuming you're getting the better deal, in terms of the value of our dollar against the pound.

  2. It is around 95 cents/litre for unleaded here so yours is much pricier!

  3. A sign of the times I guess.....
I can remember when they used to give away free wine glasses with petrol. Now they give you a wineglaass to take your petrol home in.

    Have a nice day.

  5. Very interesting. Your prices are about the same as here (varies 10 % up and down during the week), but with us the diesel is always between 10 and 15 p cheaper than the petrol.
