A Yellow New Year


It was raining in the afternoon on New Year's Day. Across Dowson Road at the Shell filling station, petrol and diesel were 3 pence per litre cheaper than a week ago on Christmas Day.

A contribution to Monday Mellow Yellows.

  1. You are, of course, paying an even better rate than we are given the value of the pound. The Shell stations here are not that different in design.

  3. Our petrol prices in Victoria tend to be low - in comparison to what they were for quite awhile about a month ago. I'm just waiting for an inevitable surge.
