Blue sky over Swains Valley
After a morning of heavy rain, a week last Tuesday, a bright sun emerged in the late afternoon bringing blue skies.
A couple of hours later after the sun had set this whole scene was white over with snow, although it had mostly thawed by the morning.
Since then there has been a lot more rain but no snow.
Behind the trees is Enfield Court, a McCarthy & Stone built block of retirement apartments.
A contribution to Skywatch Friday.

What a relief to see blue after rain!

Any blue sky kind of day, given the kind of winter you're having, is a good day!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting sky with the silhouette of the trees!
