Compared to rest of the country we got off very lightly but on 23rd December there was flash flooding on Dowson Road. The pavement was completely awash and pedestrians had a dreadful time.

ReplyDeleteSo many parts of the country are experiencing unusual weather this year. I do not like rainy, cold days.
ReplyDeleteWhen I see a large vehicle approaching a wet bit of road I try to move as far into the pavement as possible to try to escape the worst of the splashing. It never helps...:-)
