The Famous Shed End
This is the "Famous Shed End" stand at Ewen Fields, the home of Hyde FC. I'm not sure why it is especially famous. Until a few years ago it was red but now it is blue.
The photograph was taken when the ground hosted a classic car rally in aid of SSAFA a charity that provides practical support and assistance to servicemen and women, veterans and their families.
A photograph of the pitch taken from the main stand looking towards Tinker's Passage End is on Hyde DP Xtra.
For more information on the history of the club see Old Hyde.
