Signs at the end of Osborne Road
There are lots of signs at the end of Osborne Road.
Next to the streetname sign that informs us the road leads to Silverhill Road is a yellow fire hydrant sign.
The roadsign designates the end of the 20 mph zone and the start of a 30 mph zone.
Across Stockport Road, the notice-board outside Zion Congregational Church says "Christ is for Life ... not just for Christmas".
A contribution to signs, signs.

Busy sign corner!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a sign that reads a road "leading" to another road! Interesting!
ReplyDeleteAcross the street is a sign saying "Christ is for life, not just for Christmas." Seems appropriate for the season.
ReplyDeleteI wondered about that '/ zone ends' bit on the 30 sign. Thanks for the explanation!
ReplyDeleteDriving can sometimes be confusing!
ReplyDeleteSo much there - and crisp picture.
ReplyDeleteA lot of signs JUST add to the confusion od driving.
ReplyDeleteI like the look of this intersection, the buildings around it. Has a very steady, reassuring feel to it, strangely.
