Clockwork Owl

In October 2012 the shop between Homefair blinds and Bosun's Fish Restaurant on Clarendon Street was The Lingerie and Fancy Dress Shop.

Back in June 2007 it was called Lingerie Bliss and before that Frilly Milly's.

Now it has gone in and its place is the Clockwork Owl Tattoo Studio.

A contribution to Our World Tuesday.

  2. Quite an evolution of businesses in that humble little building!

  3. As I said before, times change! I think I'd have to agree with Gary above though...seems like a step down. (But tattoo parlors seem popular everywhere we go, so obviously not everyone thinks that!)

  4. I think that any use of the building is better than just letting it go derelict tbh, the fact that the other shop isnt there anymore shows that it wasn't viable (or it would still be there) it seems short sighted to say things like "seems like a step down" especially when the previous business sold lingerie, its not like they burned a library to accommodate the tattoo parlour.
