The creative artisan and her coconut pyramid
Clare Booth creates cupcakes and other gorgeous goodies.
When we visited her Lady Lavender tearoom last week, there was just one coconut pyramid left on the display counter.
Needless to say we ordered a pot of tea and a toasted teacake to go with it.
See a closer view of them on Hyde DP Xtra.
See more creative artisans on the CDPB May theme page.

ReplyDeleteI love coconut sweets, and apparently so did many of the people who entered her shop that day.

ReplyDeletealso, good to know you guys have coconut pyramid as well..
Oh coconut pyramids, my mother used to make them most weeks when I was a child, yes I too would be rushing to gain that last one at the Lady Lavender tearooms.
ReplyDeleteA cupcake creator! I like that!
ReplyDeleteFood is the sort of art that all of us surely can appreciate!
ReplyDeleteooh nice! i would like to try and see how it is to work in such a shop and make all the cupcakes, and pies and tarts...
ReplyDeleteCupcakes have undergone somewhat of a revival over the last decade, Gera;d. When I was young they were boringly repetitive, and made of white cake mix. Now they can keep a shop alive.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your contribution to Theme Day.
Nice display shows up very well in your photograph.
