Shadow Shot Sunday: Bench in the snow


A blanket of snow had fallen overnight leaving the market ground very icy - see Hyde DP Xtra.

By mid-morning, the sun was out and casting the shadow of a bench over the now melting slush.

    That looks like a rather slippery, thin blanket! But the shadows look wonderful on such a gorgeous patterned and textured palette!

    Wonderful shadow shot. Snow makes a great backdrop for shadows, but I could do with out the icy part.
