Weekend Reflections: Below Captain Clarke's Bridge

Last Sunday was a gorgeous sunny day which prompted me to take a walk by the Peak Forest Canal.

Just below Captain Clarke's bridge I captured this reflection of the sun shining through the trees of Gower Hey Wood.

You can see 49 photographs taken during my walk that day on the Geo-trip website: check out the slideshow option.

  2. This is a real beauty! I like the look of the reflected sun through the trees.

I think the glass church in OC you were refering to is in Garden Grove and it's called the Crystal Cathedral. I'll definately try to capture a few reflections there.

    Have a great weekend!

  7. All I can say is...”You hit the jackpot, my friend!” This shot is one awesome capture. Oh, if only I would walk up upon an image as beautiful as this one. This is one fabulous shot and a real “keeper."

  8. Fantastic reflection! Skeleton of the tree becomes the shadow and looks like great B&W photo. Have a nice weekend.
