I used to live on Cross Street when I was little, moving to Edna Street in 1960. That shop used to be Swindells Chemists. Nice to see they've kept the original building.
Oh I love this building that holds the shop. What a terrific share. I missed linking to Blue Monday but ut a few blues up today. I hope you will stop by. Enjoy your week and thank you for sharing with all of us.
Right choice of color making their shop more visible.
ReplyDeletePretty much the same sort of thing we see here in dollar shops, I expect. The architecture of the building does appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteYellow touch and brick building create wonderful contrast.
ReplyDeleteHi Gerald,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you made it today!
That shop looks inviting. Have a Happy Blue Monday!
I take it the shop sells housewares and such. Odds and ends too?
ReplyDeleteLove the name of the shop--very clever.
