New platform at Hyde Central Station


The last time I showed a photo of Hyde Central Station there was nowhere to sit.

Now that the work on platform 1 has been completed the three chairs out in the open and the small shelter are available again.

    i used to catch the train 56yrs ago at Hyde station to get up to Edale on my hiking days , looks a lot different now ,,,,,,,
