At the top of the footbridge leading to Hattersley Station are two murals. The one on the left is by Alisha Fairlee of Pinfold School. The one on the right is by Shauna Poole of St James School.
I'm amazed at the ability of teachers who could make this happen. (I can almost hear the noisy chatter of excitement!) Thanks for making Blue Monday special by sharing.
How smart to include youth in making murals for public places. My guess is you get less tagging when this happens. The murals are both sweet and positive. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
That is the sort of mural that brightens up dull looking stations.

ReplyDeleteVery colourful and fresh work by both students.
ReplyDeleteSuch talent in painting these pretty murals. We have some around here, but nothing to compare to these.
