Flash Flood Reflections


On Friday afternoon we had a sudden heavy thunderstorm which flooded the pavement on Dowson Road.

At least it created an opportunity to photograph the reflections.

    this looks so "England" to me...the lovely piddles, the green grass, the stone houses and the iron fences!
    I was lucky enough to visit Manchester back in 1979 and loved the city and surrounding countryside...
