Reflections in Gower Hey Wood

A month ago I posted a photograph of flooded duckboards in Gower Hey Woods.

The floods have since subsided and now there is dry passage across the duckboards,

See this from the opposite direction on Hyde DP Xtra.

A contribution to Weekend Reflections and Scenic Weekends.

  1. The reflection looks quite tranquil. And spring feels underway there.

  2. Such a beautiful, tranquil scene. And love the bending walkway. Adds enchantment.
Also, thanks Gerald for the note...I link up too and don't get that pop up. But then I do have adBlock. I have no answer why when I use this same Linky base for several memes.

  3. Glad it has dried up a bit. I was unfamiliar with the term duckboards.

  8. At first glance, «Louis» thought there must have been flooding - and it turns out his first take on the photo is correct.
In any case, you captured the reflection very well and it's certainly a perfect fit for the meme.
