Changing signage on Clarendon Place

Since I posted a photo of these premises in March 2013 the tattoo parlour, Northern Ink, has totally disappeared and the Maha Indian restaurant has still to acquire a new neon sign.

However on the other side, Annette's Hairdressing, a business established in 1973, is now "Annette & Co," and has a brand new sign.

A contribution to signs, signs.

  1. Nice to see small businesses that have longevity like that :)

  2. Usually hairdressing salons and barber shops have interesting and punny names. This name change is disappointing - but glad to see they are still in business.

  3. I don't know whether local councils employ official photographers but Hyde should take you on its pay-roll.

  5. I'm not a great fan of tattoos, so I wouldn't have missed that. But Annette must be good at her job.
You are doing a great job in documenting your area over a long time.
