A regular sight on Hyde Civic Square (market ground) is this mobile butcher. Although based in Solihull, West Midlands, the butcher trades at various markets around Manchester. He used to have a stall on the New Smithfield Market until driven out by continual rent rises.

ReplyDeleteFood trucks are big in Tulsa right now, I have yet to see a butcher truck though.
