Hi Gerald Happy memories!! I was born in the bedroom of the house on the left - 123 Mottram Road and spent happy years there living with my Nan and Granpa, (Martin and Emma Cunningham) until I was 5. Of course the windows are different now but used to be sash windows which Nan cleaned inside AND OUT every week. How did she do it? She used to open the window, sit out on the sill and reach as much as she could from the bottom then climb onto the window ledge on the inside and reach down through the top sash to clean the rest from above ( with me desperately hanging onto her feet on the inside!!) What a woman - the kind who believed that the frontdoor step must be whitened every single day!! A different world! Thank you for the memory Christine
I love brick houses. This one is beautiful.

Lovely home, makes me wish I was going to England in the near future. Haven't been since 2010!
