This week's contribution to Mellow Yellow Monday is a photograph taken last Tuesday morning showing the ongoing renovation work on Hyde Market.
Compare with how it looked a month ago. Now there is even tarmac over some of the double-yellow lines.
The signpost on the left is the one seen in my post of 19th April.
Excellent image once again. I like to see the European culture. The old buildings, the history of it all, and the grandness of keeping it still 'up to date' with today's times and having the 'historical' kept in tact.
ReplyDeleteWish America would do that. But no......hardly ever. It's always 'tear down the old' and replace it with ugly, modern crap. Y'know?
I so love visiting England, I think I'm meant to live there in another life.
ReplyDeleteGreat find! Have a fabulous week.

Feels as if the building behind takes care that all work is done right. Please have a good Tuesday.

Ugh, hope they're done soon, because it's obstructing the view of the beautiful red building!
