This was taken a week last Saturday when shadows crossed the roadworks by Hyde Market. It is part of the work in connection with the regeneration of the market.

That looks like a very organised operation - getting the job done but allowing businesses to continue trading! It even looks quite neat - unlike many roadworks I have seen! Interesting shadowy streetscape!

The parallel lines of the barrier and the shadow gave a dine depth to the photo.
