Monochrome Market Street

Yesterday I showed you a close-up of the Attic Roofs and earlier a crop highlighting the reflections above Bridgford's estate agents.

Today I present a fuller view of this section of Market Street.

We have two estate agents, an electronics shop, a turf accountant (aka bookies), carpet shop and a hairdressers here. The "Town Hall Buildings" just below include another hairdressers, two takeaways, a camera shop, two banks, an opticians, a pound shop and probably something else I've forgotten.

In the background is the Town Hall itself.

A coloured version of this photograph can be seen on Geograph.
